In short - ALL manufacturing defects (even though they are rare) are indeed covered. In fact - we even cover accidental damage. So if your new puppy accidentally chews a hole in your hiccapop item, don't worry, because you are covered. Simply reach out to one of our hiccahelpers for a replacement. NOTE: Our Lifetime Guarantee ONLY covers product purchased off of Amazon or through our website. We do not warranty items illegally sold by unauthorized dealers. Lifetime Guarantees are limited to shipping your replacement product back to you in the USA ONLY.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states, but not to APO, FPO or PO boxes.

What is the pillow made from? Being pregnant, I cannot risk any exposure to toxic chemicals.
For your safety, we use CertiPUR-US tested foam. We manufacture our foam in-house to be sure our foam is free from PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP ("Tris") flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates as regulated by the CPSC CFCs. It is performance-tested, durability-tested & emissions-tested by an independent (CertiPUR accredited) testing lab.
Is the pillow foam washable?
Yes. The foam itself is hand-washable. Wash it in the sink using standard laundry detergent. We suggest you not twist the foam. Squeeze or roll out the excess water, then allow it to air dry.
Can my pregnancy wedge cover be washed?
Yes, it is machine washable and dryable.
