Our no-questions-asked return policy means you can return any product, for any reason, within the 90 day return window AND we'll even cover the cost of shipping. How's that for generosity? NOTE: Our Lifetime Guarantee ONLY covers product purchased directly from Hiccapop on Amazon.com or through our authorized retailers. We do not warranty items illegally sold by unauthorized dealers. Lifetime Guarantees are limited to shipping your replacement product back to you in the USA ONLY.

IMPORTANT NOTE 1:  Prior to reaching out to customer service and receiving confirmation that your replacement is on its way, do not throw away any products or parts that you may believe are defective, as this will void your lifetime warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2:  Submitting AI-generated photos or edited photos of any kind in a replacement request is prohibited. Doing so will void your warranty request and disqualify you from all future warranty claims.
