In short - ALL manufacturing defects (even though they are rare) are indeed covered. In fact - we even cover accidental damage. NOTE: Our Lifetime Guarantee ONLY covers product purchased off of Amazon or through our website. We do not warranty items illegally sold by unauthorized dealers. Is the nursery organizer compatible with all cribs and changing tables?
Pretty much so. There may be some that are not compatible with our organizer, but we’ve not found them. You just need to use a table that has openings for our straps. And if you have a solid headboard or table and don’t mind 3M Command strips, use those, as they work well too.
Can my Nursery Organizer be washed?
Sure, but ONLY on the delicate cycle of your washing machine with cold water. And even then, you may destroy it. If it survives, dry it on low heat only. If you’ve destroyed it, call us and we’ll send you a new one.
