Job Description & Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Manage and maintain the brand's social media accounts, including daily posting, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes and best practices on various social media platforms.

Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings, addressing customer feedback and concerns professionally.

Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance hiccapop's online presence.

Stay informed about relevant parenting and baby-related trends and topics to create relevant and timely content.


Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in the baby products or related industry.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong creative and visual content creation skills, including graphic design and photo editing. Competence in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Etc.

A deep understanding of the target audience and their preferences.

Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and algorithm changes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
