United StatesI always read reviews before buying a product. I understand that some people just get a dud and I believe that nothing is made perfect. But with that said , I have to say that this is far more than what I was expecting ! The quality of this mattress is beyond words. My son is 7 months old and we travel full time so he sleeps in his pack and play. I couldn’t have bought a better and safer mattress for him ! It’s so soft yet sturdy. Water/ accident proof. When he rolls over it doesn’t scratch up his knees. And it’s not too thick. The double sides for transition to toddler is such a bonus. The carrying case is 100% perfect and the mattress fits in it perfect, no loose material and no stuffing it in there either. I love the worry free lifetime guarantee. And I absolutely love the creativity of the instructional manual that it comes with. I had a nice giggle. We LOVE our hiccapop mattress! It fits our Babytrend play perfectly. I love how it folds for easy storage and includes a bag to carry it in for sleep overs at grandma's or to keep it nice and dust free while being stored! The cover is removable and washable and also is waterproof! One side is firm for babies and the other is soft for toddlers. Great product from a great company!

this tri-fold is awesome. its comfortable, yet stores compact. i used to hate my pack-n-play cuz the mattress is very hard, and a full mattress is very hard to store. now i love it not just for short naps, but for nights while traveling too.

Good quality. Very good packaging came with a bag to carry . And definitely material is great. I don’t know why they all three are tied to each other . I m going to separate them out. I like the quality though.
